Aude Vandenputte (°2003) began her violin studies with Peter Nys at the age of four, according to the Suzuki Method. This introduced her to the concept of collaborative music-making early on, which greatly fostered her tremendous passion for chamber music.

In this genre she has played already in a wide variety of ensembles. She is an active member and co-founder of the Omorfiá Ensemble.

As a soloist, she had the chance to perform with various orchestras and ensembles, including ‘het Universitair Symfonisch Orkest van de KU Leuven’ and ‘het Academisch Symfonieorkest Mortsel’.

Aude has also gained extensive orchestral experience through participation in numerous productions with various (youth) orchestras, including Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, Youth Orchestra Flanders, Etesiane Orchestra and the Mahler Student Festival Orchestra. She frequently holds the position of section leader and was appointed as concertmaster of Youth Orchestra Flanders (YOF) and Hagelands Symfonisch Orkest (HSO). Since September 2025 Aude is also a member of Casco Phil.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Music at Luca School of Arts, her musical journey continued for a semester at the Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music (JVLMA) with Prof. Sandis Steinbergs. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree under the guidance of Prof. Maximilian Lohse. On top of that, Aude started her Minor in Viola with Prof. Tine Janssens which will broaden her musical experience.

Her goal is to share her love and passion for (classical) music and to convey these feelings to everyone around her, to create beautiful moments together.
